Venue

The Hottentot is located in an ancient building that dates back to the Middle Ages.

The thatched roof and the mud walls provide a warm feeling to the place. The old bar in the barn comes from a pub called the Leeuwerik.

Despite the age of the building, it provides modern comfort. The floor heating keeps you warm, the extensive presentation possibilities and different lighting scenes as well as the excellent acoustics create a seamless work environment.

The rent is exclusive, which provides the necessary privacy. Come and enjoy the Hottentot and it’s beautiful surroundings.

Catering

Nothing is standard and every occasion is unique. Thus, we leave the choice of caterer up to you.

Taking into account your preferences, we can of course make recommendations.

We also offer extraordinary picnics. Together with local partners, in an idyllic place in nature, we will set up a box filled with all kinds of goodies for you. The seasonal products come directly from the farmer. With the box you will receive a walking route of 4 or 7 km. The route leads you past historic buildings and through the beautiful fen area that surrounds the Hottentot.
